Yuan-Yen Chang is an Assistant Professor of the Department of Information Engineering at the National Taichung University of Science and Technology. In 2022, he received his Doctoral degree of Biomedical Electronics and Bioinformatics from National Taiwan University.
His primary research interests are medical image processing, deep learning applications, knowledge distillation, endoscopic computer vision, and foundation models in healthcare.
