课程类型：
我们可以线下和线上授课，时长可以30，45或60分钟。 一般一周一次。授课内容包括钢琴，古筝，和乐理知识。具体内容由老师，学生和家长协商。
缺课政策：
生病至少需提前8小时通知，计划假期或校外活动至少需提前2周通知。如无合理通知，将收取全额费用，不提供补课。
补课：
补课链接已在上方发布。请在课程开始前至少24小时通知老师（860-771-3658）安排补课。补课只能在老师正常授课时间安排，或可协商双方都方便的时间进行。每学期补课限两次，不得“续存”至下一学期。
老师取消的课程：
由老师取消的课程将在时间允许的情况下重新安排。无法补上的课程不收费。
学费：
具体学费请与老师联系。每位学生将有一个在线表格记录付款活动，表格底部显示余额。最低学费支付为400美元。当学生欠学院超过100美元时，课程将停止，押金（见下文）不予退还。
押金：
每位学生需缴纳100美元的押金，此押金与学费分开。学生毕业时，押金将退还。
退出：
如果您希望长期停止课程，请至少提前一个月通知老师。余额的80%将退还。如果少于一个月，则不予退款。
钢琴课规则：
守时：请准时上课，迟到不补时。请不要早于预定课程时间前5分钟到达。
定期练习：5-7岁的孩子每天需要练习大约15-30分钟。8岁或以上的孩子每天需要练习大约30-60分钟。每周5-7次。
笔记本：请每天在笔记本中记录孩子的练习时间。我也会在您孩子的笔记本中写下钢琴作业的页面和细节。
Lesson types:
We offer both in person and online classes. A single class can be 30, 45, or 60 minutes long, usually once a week. We teach piano, Chinese zither, and music theory.
Missed lesson policy:
A minimum of 8 hours' notice is required for illnesses and at least 2 weeks' notice for planned vacations or extracurricular activities. If there are no reasonable notices, the full amount will be charged and no makeup lessons will be given.
Makeup lesson:
The makeup sheet link is posted above. Please notify the teacher at 860-771-3658 at least 24 hours before the lesson starts to schedule a makeup. Makeup lessons will be given only at times and dates within the teacher’s normal teaching schedule or can be arranged at any mutually agreeable time. The makeup lessons are limited to 2 in any given term. They may not be “carried over” from one term to another.
Lessons canceled by the teacher:
Lessons canceled by the teacher will be rescheduled as time permits. Lessons that cannot be rescheduled will not be charged.
Tuition:
Please contact us for tuition. Each student will have an online spreadsheet recording payment activities with a balance at the bottom row. The minimum tuition payment is $400. When the student owes the studio more than $100, the class will be discontinued and the deposit (see below) will not be returned.
Deposit:
There will be a $100 deposit for each student which is separate from the tuition. When the student graduates, the deposit will be returned.
Withdraw:
If you wish to discontinue lessons for an extended period, please notify the teacher at least one month in advance. 80% of balance will be refunded. If less than one month, no refund.
Piano lesson rules:
Be Punctual: Please come to your lessons on time, no make up minutes for being late. Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled lesson time.
Practice Regularly: 5-7 years old need to practice around 15-30mins each day. 8 years or above need to practice about 30-60mins each day. 5-7 times each week.
Notebook: Please record your child’s practice time every day in the notebook. The teacher will also write the piano homework pages and details in your child’s notebook.
