· 2026 – PI - EPSRC DLA ‘Degradation mechanisms of cement and steel-cement interfaces with novel cementitious materials in simulated Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) wellbore conditions, PhD studentship for 3.5 years, EPSRC Industrial Doctoral Landscape Award with partial funding from SLB Ltd. · 2024 - Co-PI from Leeds for the project titled ‘Excavation Waste London Clay Utilisation in Concrete Applications (Ex-Clay)’ (£71,976 of total project value of £401,206, Funder: Innovate UK: Decarbonising concrete competition 2024)

· 2022 - Co-PI, Consultancy project ‘Re-purposed Excavated Arising Loops (REAL)’, funded by HS2 innovation fund, SCS JV Railways for developing sustainable binders through the use of excavation waste from the High speed-2 project (£15,000, Consultancy Via University)
