Math 10 Introduction to Programming in Data Science (2023 Fall)

Math 10 is a beginner-level course designed for students with a mathematical background, focusing on Python programming and machine learning for Data Science. It comprises two primary sections: 

• Exploratory Data Analysis: introduce Python data science libraries like NumPy, pandas, and Altair for data handling and visualization

• Introduction to Machine Learning: introduce foundational machine learning algorithms and implement these principles in practical scenarios using Python

The course aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of both the practical applications and underlying principles of data science tools and techniques
