This course covers key concepts and strategies in supply chain management.
The course content focuses on analytical tools that are useful to design, planning, and operations of efficient supply chains.
In this course, students will learn about methodologies and practical levers that can be used to improve performance of supply chains in key areas such as network/facilities design, inventory, transportation, sourcing, pricing, and information.
A portion of the course focuses on the future of the supply chains; thus, the course aims to make the students more familiar with the evolving developments in supply chains.
