Below you will find an extensive collection of photography taken by the research team over the course of the project in Dolphin House and capturing the people, the place and community events.
As a way of preserving the memory of Dolphin House, this first gallery documents Dolphin House and the surrounding areas. Photos in this gallery were taken over one day in Spring 2025. For context, the aerial image which is the last photo of this first gallery is from March 22nd 2024. For further context, Dolphin House and the surrounding areas can be located on Google Maps here.
This second gallery is made up of photos from our two Art in the Community Events, our Creative Writing Workshop and our Coffee Morning. You will find the artistic outputs collected on the next page of this site.
This next gallery is made up of photos taken during various parts of the Rialto Arts Festival, 2025.
This next gallery shows the creation of the community garden. After initial preparation, the community garden was planted over the course of one (very wet!) day during summer 2025. The gallery starts with a design map of the garden and also includes shots of the garden opening which took place a few weeks later.
Photos of the official Garden opening starts here.
The next gallery shows pictures from the Dolphin House Family Fun Day, 2025. This was also the day where we made our short film.
The next gallery shows photos taken with some of the Dolphin House residents who took part in the study through interview.
This final gallery presents some photography which documents just some of the Community Action Network Archive.
