For students who are interested in applying to HKUST(GZ), Please read the following instructions.

3) I am looking for research assistants. Please do drop me an email with your resume if you meet the following qualifications:
Degree in statistics, engineering, computer science, finance, economics, or related subjects would be preferred
Skilled in programming (R, Python would be a plus) and statistics
Strong expertise in some of the following fields: data analytics, text analysis, machine learning, econometrics, causal inference, experimental design
Well-organized, self-motivated, and a team playerÂ
As RAs, you are expected to work in innovation and entrepreneurship related research. Duties include assisting with survey management, compiling data from primary and secondary sources, analysis and programming (especially big data like bulk text), algebraic analysis, and reviewing research.
