I recently completed my Ph.D. degree from Higher Education and Student Affairs program at The Ohio State University’s College of Education and Human Ecology, working as a Graduate Research Associate in Dr. Matt Mayhew’s College Impact Lab. In this role, I evaluate undergraduate and graduate training programs, focusing on students’ innovation capacities, career readiness, and the ways collegiate environments impact these outcomes, particularly within interdisciplinary STEM contexts.
My research interest enters on the equity and validity of instruments used to measure learning outcomes in higher education. I am especially interested in whether such instruments are interpreted consistently and fairly across different demographic groups. By integrating quantitative methodologies with critical perspectives, my work aims to advance the development of more inclusive and equitable collegiate environments.
