1、下载与使用说明 Download & Usage

自本公司发送参考书 PDF 当日起，顾客可在 5 天内不限次数下载及打印。

为避免系统更新导致文件无法开启，我们强烈建议您在这段时间内完成下载、储存，并将内容打印成纸本学习单。PDF 只需下载一次即可保存所有学习内容，并可透过扫描纸本学习单上的 QR code 观看教学视频，无需重复下载。

如顾客需要在 5 天之后再次下载文件，则需在购买当天选择加购延长下载期限。延长费用将以“每章”计算，提供 1 个月、6 个月或 12 个月方案，价格分别为原章售价加 RM3、RM9 或 RM15。所有延长期限不得超过当年 12 月 31 日。

Customers may download and print the PDF files unlimited times within 5 days from the date sent. To prevent access issues caused by system updates, please ensure that the files are downloaded, saved, and printed within this period. A single download is sufficient for long-term storage, and all video content can be accessed through the QR codes printed on the worksheets.

If redownload is required after the 5-day period, customers must purchase a download extension at the time of purchase. The extension fee is charged per chapter, with available options of 1 month (additional RM3), 6 months (additional RM9) or 12 months (additional RM15). All extensions must not exceed 31 December of the same year.

2、售后服务范围 After-Sales Support

若顾客在收到 PDF 后遇到无法开启、无法下载、无法观看视频或其他相关问题，请在 7 天内通知本公司。超过此期限，将无法提供协助或受理相关申诉。

If you experience any issues such as inaccessible files, download errors, or video playback problems, please contact us within 7 days from the date of file delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

3、版权所有与禁止行为 Copyright & Restrictions

所有参考书及相关内容均为本公司版权所有。未经本公司书面许可，不得以任何形式复制、翻印、转载或分发，也不得在任何平台上进行转售或二次销售。一切侵权行为将受到法律追究。

All materials are protected by copyright. Reproduction, redistribution, printing, or reselling in any form without written permission is strictly prohibited. Legal action may be taken against infringements.

4、官方购买渠道 Official Purchase Channel

本公司从未委托任何代理人或代理商代售产品。若您并非向本公司直接购买，本公司将不对任何链接问题、模糊页面、无法观看视频或其他使用问题负责。

We do not appoint any agents or resellers. Products not purchased directly from us are not covered by our support or guarantee.

5、条款修订权 Rights of Amendment

本公司保留随时更新、修改或增补条款内容的权利，且无需事先通知。更新后的条款将直接发布于本页面，并即时生效。

We reserve the right to amend or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Revised terms will be published on this page and will take effect immediately.
