COMMISSION TOS

The current TOS will be prompted to you while paying the Hipolink link. 

1. Usage Rights

   • The finished artwork is for personal use only.

   • Do not resell or use it for commercial purposes unless we’ve agreed otherwise in advance.

   • Do not use it for AI training and AI generation of content with the drawing.

   • Do not remove my signature (the smiley square) or claim the work as your own or someone else’s.

2. Right to Decline

   • I reserve the right to decline any commission before payment if I’m uncomfortable with the request.

3. No Refunds

   • Due to payment processor limitations, all payments are final once processed.

4. Adjustments & Fees

   • Minor adjustments (e.g., clothing details, hand gestures, facial expressions, slight pose tweaks) are free.

   • Major revisions (e.g., redrawing large portions or restarting the draft) cost $10 per change.

   • Major changes are only allowed during the sketch phase. Once line art begins, only very minor tweaks are permitted.

5. Client Responsibilities

   • Provide detailed references, including:

     • Commission type (from price sheet).

     • Character descriptions/references.

     • Pose preferences (optional but VERY helpful).

     • Any kinks/fetishes to include (if applicable).
