1.BIDDING AND PURCHASING:
After winning the bid, putting payment on hold is prohibited.
Payment must be made in full upfront.
All payments are final, and no refunds are allowed after purchase.
2. USAGE RIGHTS:
The acquired adoptable character is for personal and non-commercial use only. This includes creating stories, drawing, or commissioning artwork of the character, as well as displaying the character's design after purchase.
Commercial use, including but not limited to merchandise, promotional branding, NFTs, video games, or any use aimed at monetary gain, is strictly prohibited.
Usage of the character for AI training and futher AI generation of Images and Animated content with acquired character is strictly prohibited.
3. AUTHORSHIP:
I (yulafort) reserve the rights to the design and the artwork. Claiming creation authorship for the character is prohibited.
I retain the rights to use the design for self-promotion and portfolio purposes.
5. ALTERATION:
Major design alterations (e.g. changing species, core color scheme, or core theme) are prohibited.
Minor alterations (e.g. different clothing parts or accessories) are allowed only if the original design and its general concept remain recognizable.
Do not alter the artwork provided by me to make these changes.
6. CHARACTER RESELLING:
Reselling characters is not recommended, as I prefer my characters to be in the hands of one happy owner.
However, reselling the character for more than the original settled price is prohibited.
Reselling the character immediately after purchase is prohibited.
The new owner must be made aware of and agree to these Terms of Service.
Please provide me the link to the new owner.
Trading the character is subject to the same terms.
7. CREDITING:
You are not required to credit me when using the design.
However, do not remove signature (the smiley square) from the reference sheets and other additional content from the bundle.
When posting the original reference sheet or the additional content from the bundle online for everyone to see, credit is really appreciated.
