I am seeking ambitious students and researchers with a background in atmospheric sciences, biology, environmental sciences, chemistry, marine sciences, physics, economics, or other fields. Both domestic and international applicants are equally welcome to join.

We strive to pursue cutting-edge discoveries, even for master's and bachelor's projects! Looking forward to collaborating with researchers at each career stage.

Doctoral / master students: routinely recruiting
Postdoc/scientists: depends on funding. Currently, 1 or 2 positions are open. I would be very glad to serve as a host for postdocs/scientists supported through self-funding or co-applied grants/scholarships. There are indeed many programs from our institute, NJU, Jiangsu Province, and national departments.
Bachelor students: just come to discuss any possibilities
Visiting students and scholars: always welcome

It is always good that you have your own ideas, which to the best align with the main research topics of the group. I also welcome any discussions of related topics that are interesting. I hope that every students are ambitious about her/his academic, industrial, or service career. That is the inherent engine that drives you far and takes you passing through "low" times.
