✔ Background in molecular biology, biochemistry, microbiology, or a related field.
✔ Hands-on Research Enthusiasm – Willingness to engage in wet-lab experiments and learn modern research techniques.
✔ Team-Oriented Mindset – Comfortable working in a collaborative and dynamic research environment.
✔ Strong communication skills and proficiency in English reading and writing for scientific analysis and documentation.
