I am a doctor student in the Insect Ecology Laboratory at Kyoto University. I study interactions between ants and myrmecophile (organisms that live inside ant nests).

Our paper reporting the first discovery of a native specialist parasite in a colony of the invasive Argentine ant was published in Entomological Science.

アリの巣に寄生するコオロギの仲間であるアリツカコオロギ属の新種を記載し、宿主を共有する近縁種との非侵襲的な判別法を開発した論文がApplied Entomology and Zoologyに掲載されました。
Our paper describing a new species of Myrmecophilus, a genus of ant-associated crickets, and developing a non-invasive method to distinguish it from a closely related species sharing the same host was published in Applied Entomology and Zoology.
