APPLICATION PROCESS
Anyone wishing to become a pilot of NatComAir should submit an application. If NatComAir is not recruiting at the time the application is received, the applicant will be informed that applications are not being accepted and to reapply when recruitment opens. If NatComAir is recruiting, acceptance will depend on the applicant's qualifications and reputation among established members of the YSFHQ community.
ACTIVITY
All members should have an account on YSFHQ, and new applicants should have a join date on YSFHQ of more than six months prior applying for membership in NatComAir. All members are expected to have the current version of YS Flight Simulation. There are no set activity requirements right now due to the lack of a way to record flight logs. However, members should agree to fly one numbered flight per month in order to remain an active member. Members who do not fly a numbered flight for NatComAir at least once per month will remain on the rolls. Any member who wishes to be removed from the NatComAir pilot list should send their request for removal to the CEO by private message on YSFHQ.
BEHAVIOR ON SERVERS
Pilots of NatComAir should comply with all rules and regulations of the online servers upon which they fly. They should treat others with respect. They should do their best to work with air traffic controllers if they are operating on the server. NatComAir pilots may add the tag [NCA] before their name when flying online, but this is not required.
Each aircraft in the NatComAir and Bush Frontiers fleets have unique N-numbers. When flying on a server with other NatComAir pilots, and especially if air traffic control is operating, try not to fly the same plane. This will make it easier for ATC to identify each pilot, give more variety to the server, and prevent the existence of multiple versions of the N4CA in the air at the same time.
LEGAL
Pilots of NatComAir should comply with all applicable laws. All pilots of NatComAir should be at least 13 years old. NatComAir is not associated with any airline or organization, real or virtual. Any similarity to names, color schemes, or logos is unintentional.
CONSEQUENCES
Pilots of NatComAir who commit violations of these regulations may be given a warning or immediate termination, depending on the severity of the violation or the existence of previous violations that led to a warning. These consequences will be handled on a case-by-case basis and will be subject to appeal.
