The reason you want me on your team and not on the opposition's is because I have an insatiable hunger for results, an internal ethical and moral compass which guides me in the right direction. I'm always trying for my team to come out on the top, I pay impeccable attention to detail, and nothing breaks my spirit. When faced with obstacles/set-backs I find ways to overcome them and take full ownership, if things go sideways. I play to people's/my team's strengths.
