Booking & Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please email us as soon as possible. We strive to monitor our email closely; however, if we do not see your rescheduling request in time, and you miss your appointment, we will gladly work with you to reschedule the session at our end.
No-Show Policy:
If you do not show up for your scheduled session and do not contact us via email or text to reschedule, the session will be considered attended and charged accordingly.
Refund Policy
Single Sessions:
Refunds for single sessions are available only if you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Package Sessions:
If you purchase a package, you are eligible for a refund for the entire package if you cancel at least 48 hours before the first paid session in the package.
Note: Packages include a free session as part of the offer. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after the free session has been provided but before the first paid session.
