Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the YOZOLO app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by Pawan Kumar Kushwaha (collectively, the "Application"). Pawan Kumar Kushwaha is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. You should read them carefully before using the Application.

1. The YOZOLO Professional Ecosystem The Application serves as a comprehensive ecosystem connecting pet owners with professionals (such as Veterinarians, Pet Trainers, and Pet Businesses). Professionals listing their services must ensure all information is accurate and lawful. The Service Provider acts solely as a platform for connection and holds no liability for the actual services rendered or disputes arising between users and registered professionals.

2. Strict Copyright & Music Policy To protect the Application from legal liabilities and copyright strikes, users must strictly adhere to the following media rules:

• Users may only utilize the royalty-free audio tracks provided within the Application’s internal music library or their own original audio.

• The use of unauthorized, external copyrighted music is strictly prohibited.

• The Service Provider reserves the right to immediately and permanently delete any video or content containing copyrighted material without prior warning or notice.

3. Strict Prohibition of Animal Sales In strict compliance with Google Play Store guidelines and animal welfare laws, the sale, purchase, or trading of live animals is strictly banned on the Application. Any user or business account found attempting to sell pets will face immediate and permanent account termination.

4. License to use the Application Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or extract the source code of the Application. All intellectual property rights (including the "YOZOLO" name, logos, and design) remain the sole property of the Service Provider.

5. User-Generated Content and Acceptable Use You agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or explicit.

• Violates the privacy or personal data rights of others.

• Contains spam, malware, or deceptive information.

By submitting content, you grant the Service Provider a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute the content within the Application. The Service Provider may moderate, hide, or remove content that violates these Terms and terminate responsible accounts.

6. Strict Zero-Tolerance Policy on Child Endangerment and CSAM The Application enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Users are strictly prohibited from uploading, sharing, storing, or promoting any content that exploits, harms, or endangers minors. Any such content will be removed immediately without prior notice. Furthermore, the Service Provider will permanently terminate the responsible user account and report the individual to the relevant law enforcement authorities and child protection agencies. If any user encounters such content, they must immediately report it using the in-app reporting feature or by contacting support.

7. Termination The Service Provider may suspend or terminate your access immediately without notice if you violate applicable law, infringe intellectual property rights, or breach these Terms (including the strict policies on music and animal sales).

8. Age Restrictions You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Application. If you are below 13, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf.

9. Third-Party Services & Connectivity The Application utilizes third-party services (such as Google Play Services and Google Analytics for Firebase) which have their own Terms. The Service Provider is not responsible for your network charges, data roaming fees, or the Application's inability to function due to a lack of active internet connection or battery.

10. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including data loss or business interruption. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss experienced as a result of relying on third-party information (including professional vet/trainer advice) provided through this Application.

11. Governing Law, Jurisdiction & DSA Compliance These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service Provider is established. If the Application qualifies as an intermediary service under the Digital Services Act (DSA), users may submit notices of allegedly illegal content to the contact email provided below. The Service Provider will process notices and provide a clear statement of reasons for any content moderation decisions.

12. Changes to These Terms The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms and Conditions. You will be notified of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
