About YOZOLO: YOZOLO is a dedicated short-video social media platform designed exclusively for pets and their owners. Users can create unique profiles for their dogs and cats, share engaging short videos, and connect with a global community of animal lovers. Our app functions as a fun, interactive video feed where pets can find friends and interact socially in an environment built just for them. 

Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the YOZOLO app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by Pawan Kumar Kushwaha (collectively, the "Application"). Pawan Kumar Kushwaha is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".

Information Collection and Use The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

• Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address.

• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages.

• Your mobile operating system.

• Personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Name, Email, Username, Profile Picture, Pet Details, Videos/Images, and Chat Messages.

The YOZOLO Professional Ecosystem (Vets, Trainers & Businesses) The Application operates as a comprehensive pet ecosystem. If you register as a professional (e.g., Veterinarian, Pet Trainer, or Pet Business Owner), the Service Provider will collect and publicly display your business details, service offerings, and contact information as provided by you, to connect you with pet owners within the Application.

Strict Media & Copyright Policy To maintain a safe and legal environment, the Application has strict guidelines regarding uploaded media:

• In-App & Original Audio Only: Users must only use original audio or the royalty-free music provided within the Application's internal music library.

• Copyright Infringement: The use of unauthorized, copyrighted external music in videos is strictly prohibited. The Service Provider reserves the right to permanently delete any video containing copyrighted material without prior warning or notice to protect the Application from legal liabilities.

Prohibition of Animal Sales In strict compliance with Google Play Store policies and animal welfare guidelines, the Application strictly prohibits the sale, purchase, or trading of live animals/pets. Any user or business found utilizing the Application for pet sales will face immediate account termination and data removal.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies The Application or its third-party SDKs may use cookies, SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies to support functionality, analytics, or service delivery.

Location Information The Application collects your device's location to provide location-based features (like finding nearby vets or trainers) and improve the Application.

Third Party Access The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policy about handling data. Below are the links to the Privacy Policy of the third-party service providers used by the Application:

Your Rights (Including CCPA/CPRA) You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by the Service Provider. Data Retention Policy The Service Provider retains personal data based on its necessity for the stated purposes:

• User Provided Data: Retained for the duration of your use of the Application plus 12 months thereafter.

• Automatically Collected Data: Retained for up to 24 months.

Children The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If discovered, this data will be immediately deleted.

Security & Data Breach Notification The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your information. If a data breach occurs, the Service Provider will notify you in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Changes The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. You will be notified of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
