Protect Your Business Data
Do not send confidential client names, project details, rates, amounts, invoice data, time entries, audit logs, exported reports, or backup files unless specifically requested and you are comfortable sharing them by email. Screenshots should hide sensitive information where possible.
Purchase Help
Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed by Apple App Store or Google Play. If a paid entitlement does not appear, confirm that you are signed in with the store account that made the purchase and use the app's restore or refresh purchase controls where available.
Backup Help
If you create an encrypted backup, keep the password safe. The developer cannot recover encrypted backup passwords.
