YOYO TimeSheet Privacy Policy

YOYO TimeSheet is a local-first project time tracking and invoice-ready reporting app for iOS and Android. The app is designed for individuals and small local teams that want to manage timesheets without developer-hosted accounts, cloud workspaces, cloud sync, or employee surveillance.
Short version: your workspace, clients, projects, members, time entries, approvals, rates, amounts, reports, exports, audit log, and backups stay on your device unless you choose to export or share them.
Information Stored On Your Device
YOYO TimeSheet stores app data locally on your device. This may include workspace names, client names, project names, task names, member names, roles, notes, timers, manual time entries, approval status, rejection reasons, period locks, audit log records, hourly rates, calculated amounts, invoice markers, report settings, exported package metadata, quota counters, language settings, and encrypted backup files.
YOYO TimeSheet does not upload this business data to a YOYO server. The app does not provide a developer-hosted web admin console, cloud workspace, client portal, cloud share link, GPS tracking, employee monitoring, or payroll reporting service.
User-Initiated Exports And Sharing
When you export PDF, CSV, JSON, package, workspace, feedback, or backup files, the file is created on your device. If you use the operating system share sheet, file picker, AirDrop, email app, messaging app, cloud drive app, or any other destination, that transfer is chosen by you and handled by the destination service.
If you password-protect an encrypted backup, the password is not recoverable by the developer. Keep backup files and passwords safe.
Purchases And Entitlements
Paid products are processed by Apple App Store, StoreKit, Google Play, and Google Play Billing. YOYO TimeSheet receives purchase and entitlement status such as active subscription, lifetime purchase, expiration, cancellation, revocation, and product identifier where available. YOYO TimeSheet does not receive your full payment card number or full payment account credentials.
The current paid plans are Pro Solo and Business Local. Product IDs use the `com.yoyo.timesheet` namespace.
Advertising
The current launch build is prepared without an integrated third-party advertising SDK. If ads are enabled in a future build, the privacy policy, app privacy forms, data safety forms, consent flow, and app code will be updated before that build is submitted. Ads, if enabled later, must not receive workspace, client, project, member, time entry, rate, amount, report, export, invoice marker, audit log, or backup content. Pro Solo and Business Local entitlements remove ads when ad placements are active.
Permissions And Platform Services
YOYO TimeSheet may use platform services needed for purchases, file export, file import, and sharing. Android network permissions are used for Google Play Billing and platform services. The app does not request GPS location, contacts, microphone, camera, or a developer-hosted login account for its core timesheet workflow.
Android automatic cloud backup is disabled in the current build so local workspace data is not configured for Android cloud backup. iOS local data remains subject to the user's device, iCloud, Finder, and system backup choices.
Data Deletion
You can delete local workspace data inside the app where controls are provided, remove exported files from the locations where you saved them, or delete the app from your device. Because YOYO TimeSheet does not create developer-hosted accounts or cloud workspaces, there is no server-side account deletion process.
Children
YOYO TimeSheet is a business and productivity tool. It is not directed to children.
