Over the Years Youth Refugees and youths at large have significantly engaged themselves with initiatives that help them realize their dreams,!

Well, this is a trend that most people are really advocating for as youths are now gaining up Skills and experience that help in the journey of their dreams.!

Last Month, Bortopra Talanta academy, with their able chairperson Museveni Eric who is a refugee youth from DRC celebrated some of their music graduates from a music course that they underwent at Bortopra Talanta Academy...

YVN team congratulated Bortopra Talanta academy through Museveni and did small interview on how the graduation went and all its details.

It was amazing to hear from Bortopra's Chairperson that out of the 12 that graduated about 10 of them started earning from different churches where they get to play diverse instruments.!

In addition, He mentioned that 90% of graduates benefited directly from the CBO'S MUSIC SCHOLARSHIPS and undertook the course for a duration of 6 months.!

When asked about their plea to donors this is what he had to say :

"Absolutely Refugees who are young people want to achieve their dreams , they have ideas that can benefit many people in the community and contribute to the development of the host community but they face a challenge of Limited resources. It is so hard to access bank Loans because they don't have proper documentations , Limited funds,....

My Request to the well wishers/donors is to acknowledge the potential that we have and be willing to support the activities of those young people and help them to make their dreams a reality.I am sure if we can be funded We can make impact to a big scale of young people in the community and become global agent of change contributors."
