At Your Intelligence Program (YIP), we believe every young person has untapped potential waiting to be discovered. Our mission is to provide mentorship that goes beyond occasional meetings—we build genuine relationships, create opportunities, and help young people develop the confidence, knowledge, and life skills needed to thrive. Through consistent one-on-one mentorship, meaningful conversations, group activities, career guidance, and personal development, we are committed to helping youth become self-aware, ambitious, and purpose-driven individuals.

What makes YIP different is our dedication to being present. We connect with our mentees throughout the week, offering encouragement, accountability, and support for their mental and emotional well-being. We introduce practical life skills such as financial literacy, credit education, career planning, entrepreneurship, and long-term wealth-building concepts. Whether a young person is interested in college, the skilled trades, business ownership, or another path, we help them explore opportunities and develop a plan for success.

At YIP, we also believe growth happens through experiences. From fishing trips and outdoor activities to peer engagement and community involvement, we create environments where youth can build character, strengthen social skills, and form positive relationships. Through what we call "deep diving"—intentional conversations focused on purpose, passion, values, and self-discovery—we help young people better understand themselves and their place in the world.

Our goal is simple: to help develop well-spoken, intellectually curious, socially conscious, and ambitious young leaders who are prepared to make a positive impact on their communities. At YIP, we're not just mentoring youth—we're investing in futures, building confidence, and helping the next generation discover who they are and who they can become.
