Leadership & Admin Team

Led by MVPE (pseudonym), the Leadership & Admin Team oversees SPARK’s direction, internal organisation, and youth‑led decision‑making.

This team manages operations, email, documentation, scheduling, and ensures that SPARK stays aligned with its mission of protecting youth digital autonomy.

The team has completed INTPA Academy training in digital rights and children’s rights, strengthening SPARK’s commitment to informed, rights‑based advocacy.

Press & Communications Team

The Press Team manages SPARK’s public voice.

They prepare statements, handle media engagement, write posts, and ensure that SPARK communicates clearly, safely, and professionally across all platforms.

Research & Policy Team

The Research Team tracks developments in digital rights, online safety, youth participation, and EU policy.

They produce youth‑friendly explainers, briefs, and evidence‑based content that supports SPARK’s advocacy and public education work.

Outreach & Partnerships Team

The Outreach Team builds relationships with youth groups, NGOs, schools, and policymakers.

They coordinate collaborations, share opportunities, and help expand SPARK’s network across Ireland and Europe.
