Hi! Youth Organize Unite began a group of high school students located in the California Bay Area. This was Rebecca I's Girl Scout Gold Award. Now we are run by the Activism Club at Castro Valley High School.
We are all about youth activism and are continuously creating resources for you to learn about different issues that you are passionate about!

About Activism Club
The Castro Valley High Activism Club was made to fight for the justices in our community, state, country, and world! We fundraise for different organizations. We fight for gender justice, climate justice, racial justice, gun reform, safe places for LGBTQ+ youth, mental health, and much more! We encourage students to join our club and fight for causes instead of standing on the sidelines. Our club has been featured on local and national news!

We held a town hall for the community to learn more about the 2022 school board candidates.
We held a positivity workshop in May 2022.
At our first meeting of the 2022-23 school year (8/29), we talked about possible causes to fight for this year. We talked about the protest we will be attending on September 23rd. Our first event this year will be a beach cleanup on Sunday September 18.
