Yousef Farid

I got my Ph.D. degree from Tarbiat Modares University of IRAN in 2018 in Electrical-Control Engineering . My thesis title in Ph.D.  was "Trajectory redesign and fault-tolerant controller design for quadruped robots ". From Feb. 2020 to Feb. 2021, I had a research fellow position at PRISMA Lab, University of Naples Federico II, Naples, Italy. My research title was "The connection between legged robots and non-prehensile manipulation". From April 2022 to April 2023, I was a postdoc researcher at Active Structure Laboratory, Université libre de Bruxelles. My research studies was focused on “trajectory control of micro-aerial two-wing robots”. Currently, I'm working as a postdoc researcher under the supervision of Raphaël Jungers in the Mathematical Engineering department of the ICTEAM, at UCLouvain. My research interests include legged robots, motion planning, fault-tolerant control, neural networks, reinforcement learning, and hybrid systems.
