Reina

I really like Reina! I really look up to her and she's one of my biggest inspirations! I just hope she feels the same about me, after all... we do seem to be pretty good friends so far, I just have to find out when I'm able to hang out with her...

Jace

Jace is currently my closest friend right now... I haven't been able to hang around him much outside of school, but I have lunch with him everyday! The only thing though is uh... I really don't know much about his home life or anything. I just know he has some siblings and a step dad and that's about it. It seems like he tells everyone else about his life though... I just must not be THAT close to him. Oh well, I still consider him a really good friend! He inspires me to be more confident.

Victor

I've only been able to talk ot him a few times. It's so weird looking at him when the last time I talked to him was when we were so young... He's just really different in a good way! I think he's really grown into someone cool! I have noticed his scar though, and I have been meaning to ask him but he's so busy all the time now that hockey is starting up... I really wish he'd do other things than sports.

Dai

He seems pretty cool! He's always pretty friendly and really cheerful!!!! But recently he's been a bit more... Quiet?

I don't know. I mean, he found my cat and he seems really cool, but... I don't know, I think he's TOO popular for me, you know? Like there's a to of girls that I'd think he'd rather date, and that would rather date him. But if he does like me for real... Then I might really give him a chance. I can't see myself being his girlfriend though. I don't think that's the life for me.

Alice

My mom? Ah... Well... She's usually a nice person! I don't know, it's hard. I get she's stressed out a lot but I just wish she'd try being a little more nicer when she gets home from work. Anytime after though is usually never an issue. My mom has been going on a lot of dates recently, I can't tell if she just wants to get some dinner at cool places or if she's actually looking for a boyfriend or something. I haven't really like, had a full conversation with her recently though, as she's often gone for days and always sleeping when I get home for school, or just... not home.

Alfred

Alfred is my dad. I miss him.

Samantha

She's my cousin!  haven't talked to her since... This summer? When we went up to her parents lake cabin. I see her during school sometimes and she waves at me, and that's about it. I think she's doing okay though, she seems happier. She seems to forget about me sometimes, but does want to have a relationship with me. She doesn't go with her mom whenever her mom comes to visit.

Hannah

My aunt! I see her time to time, like once a month when she gives me some random gifts that she somehow knew I wanted. Hannah is the sweetest person I know! She does mail to me all the time! Though I do think if I told her how lonely I am at home she'd send Sam my way. I'm fine though. It seems like she's doing good with her depression meds, which is something good, I guess.

Gary

My uncle, dad's brother. I think once a year I visit his grave, if not more sometimes? He was a really funny person and super smart. Anyone who ever knew him was really lucky. I miss him. Family hasn't really been the same since he left.

Noel

I'm surprised he's actually against weed. He's LITERALLY the definition of  "stoned guy who can't keep a job"!!! He's pretty chill though, and funny!

Clara

She seems really sweet and caring. She's best friends with my cousin Sam, so I knew about her before. I just still wonder how her and Noel got together, and how they haven't fought a single time. Recently though, she hasn't seemed like herself. I think she must have a bad cold or something.

CJ

I've only seen pictures of him and heard of him. I do remember he's the guy with spikes at their shows.

Pandora

I've only heard of her and seen pictures. I don't know much about her other than whatever Jace tells me. She's the really emo drummer right?

Cherri

I was hoping to be her friend this year...? But I don't really have classes with her until the next semester. She does tend to get upset all the time though so I don't really know if she's a good fit for me.

Flick

I... try to like him? He's just really... outgoing... Congrats to him being vice president on student council though...?

Oh, that junior girl, I've seen her around. I think she's dating Dai? I don't entirely remember...

Alyssa

She's in my English class and I see her talking to Cole a lot I was also hoping to be her friend but she doesn't seem to want to talk to me. I did hear though that she as some sort of crazy background story, something about her dad being divorced or something... I don't remember. We might have a few things in common though.

As a child, Elaine had always taken a curiosity in the little things of life, and deeply appriciated them. When she was 12, her best friend Victor, who she had known since preschool, suddenly told her that he was leaving for Germany. She was devasated upon hearing the news. About a month after he left, she turned 13. This would be one of the worst years of her life. Her uncle, whom she was very close with, passed away in a tragic accident on her birthday. Elaines father Alfred, became crazed after the incident. He was mentally unwell and often needed comfort from Elaine as her mom, Alice, was reusing to give Alfred the help he needed. During this time, Alice had enough and went out to seek other men, who were wealthier and more mentally stable. Once her father found out, he considered if this was the end for him. This caused such a large emotional strain on Elaine, so much that she began to lose friends from the situation as she was taking care of her father at a young age. Alfred eventually took Alice to court and divorced her. However, due to his mental instablity, Alfred lost custody of Elaine and was only able to see her during holidays or the weekends. He hates the time away from his daughter and is currently finishing up perscribed therapy sessions. Elaine loves her father, and is constantly blinded by her mother, even though she knows deep insninde her mom is a terrible person. Since then, Elaine has been slowly regaining her repuataion at school, trying to make new friends unrelated to the old. She became wildly extroverted as a response to separate herself from her trauma. At home, she's always alone. Her mom is always never home as she works at the airport and can sometimes spend weeks there. Alice also cosntantly has new boyfriends, so much so that Elaine doesn't even bother to care. Elaine considers her moms house her own since Alice is never there.
