General Information

YouRelax is an application compatible with all iPad and iPhone devices. This page describes the terms of services that regulate the use of the Application. The Use of the Application is subject to acceptance of the terms of services described below.

Use

The application is based on listening to Audio files (Sounds), which can be combined with background audio (Effects). Each audio file consists of a session lasting about 15 minutes.

Warning

It is strongly discouraged to listen to more than 4 files in a row. Furthermore, considering the induced relaxation, it is also not recommended to use it while driving or while engaged in works that require maximum attention. Listening to audio files is not a therapy and it does not in any way replace any existing therapies.
