I am Ty'Shekqua Thomas, CEO of Your Deal, Our Seal, a Commissioned Notary (RON) & Loan Signing Agent proudly serving Houston and the surrounding areas.

After recognizing the need for greater stability and independence, I made the decision to take control of my future and invest in myself. I pursued my commission as a Texas Notary Public, built my business from the ground up, and launched Your Deal, Our Seal into a growing and trusted Notary Business.

As an NNA Certified Loan Signing Agent, I specialize in making the notarization process smooth, convenient, and stress-free. I travel directly to my clients because I understand that life is busy and your time is valuable. Whether it's a real estate closing, legal paperwork, or an important personal document, I treat every signing with the care, accuracy, and professionalism it deserves.

Your Deal, Our Seal is a registered Texas business, insured, bonded, and background screened. When you book with me, you're not just getting a Notary. You're getting a dedicated professional who takes your documents, your deadlines, and your trust seriously.
