Show and Tell Project

What is it? This summative project gives students a way to show their understanding of geography's impact on a society's development. In the example provided, students were being assessed on West Africa. Students are asked to create a map that SHOWS the impacts and then TELL about each impact in detail.

Why I love this project: This project really shows a student's holistic learning. They start the project thinking about multiple pieces of the puzzle, and at the end they can see the full picture. It also can be used in SO MANY different units!
