We develop advanced, deployable integrated circuits and systems that combine low power, high performance, and intelligent functionality to enable practical consumer electronics, multidisciplinary research platforms, and specialized computing hardware.
Our main research areas include 1) mixed-signal ICs for high-speed interfaces, data conversion, power management, and sensor systems, 2) cryogenic ICs, and 3) application-specific ICs for CMOS+X and compute-in-X systems.
