All projects are unique.

Situations, lot sizes, home sizes, your needs and many other factors contribute to the final cost. Each project will be discussed, estimated (quoted if you'd like), and agreed upon before the design process starts. Please call or email over your ideas so that we can talk it over.

I've designed homes in several states and worked with a range of local permitting and inspection authorities to provide them with the construction documents they need for permitting. You'd be surprised at how easy it is to work with a designer who isn't local, or even in the same state. While I have completed plans without a face-to-face meeting, I am happy to travel to meet with you in person and view the property if you wish (longer distance travel - price quoted beforehand).
