My mission is to provide accessible, culturally informed mental health resources that also support and empower men and BIPOC communities. I strive to reduce stigma, encourage healing, and connect individuals with tools, support systems, and organizations that recognize the impact of identity, culture, and lived experiences on mental health.
I am a pageant competitor, advocate, artist, and model who is passionate about using my platform to raise awareness for mental health and Indigenous issues. Through pageantry, I have found a way to combine advocacy, leadership, and community outreach to speak on issues that deeply matter to me, including the Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls, and People movement (MMIWG/MMIP), the Every Child Matters movement, and mental health awareness.
Mental health advocacy is especially personal to me because I have struggled with my own mental health. There was a time in my life when I felt isolated, overwhelmed, and unsure of how to cope with the challenges I was facing. Like many others, I struggled silently and felt pressure to hide what I was going through. Those experiences shaped who I am today and inspired me to speak openly about mental health so others know they are not alone.
