Preparing and facilitating the GEE Engineering program workshop under HEIP2.
Assist to prepare report of activities and finance for HEIP2 at GEE.
Assist in preparing all related documents for administrative work.
Assist in preparing the Payment Vouchers with Finance and accountant unit and follow up and record payment release to supplier/service provider.
Perform other administrative tasks assigned by GEE program managers.
Part-time Tendering Engineer, Solar PV Business Unit

Key Responsibilities:
Review tender documents, RFQs, and RFPs from clients (mainly commercial and industrial sectors).
Perform basic solar PV system sizing using tools such as PVsyst, Helioscope, or Excel-based templates.
Preparing technical proposals including layout drawings, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and component specifications.
Prepare the bill of quantities (BoQ), technical datasheets, and project costing sheets.
Coordinate with the procurement team and suppliers to obtain updated prices and datasheets.
Contribute to the standardization of technical documents and templates for future tenders.
Assist in technical clarifications during the tender evaluation process.
Participate in client meetings and technical presentation when requested, to explain proposed system configurations, component choices, or design assumptions.
Occasionally support the site team in conducting site assessments or reviewing reports.
Participate in internal technical review meetings.
