The Payment Process

Payments will be broken up into three separate payments:

✦ 1st Payment: Cost of the items + any fees

✦ 2nd Payment: Shipping + fees from the seller or artist to me

✦ 3rd Payment: Shipping from me to you + shipping supplies

Payments will be made as Friends & Family (Sending to a friend or someone you trust) through PayPal in USD to yortwilight@gmail.com

I can no longer accept Goods and Services (Paying for an item or a service) payments due to the changes implemented by PayPal. If you for some reason cannot send payments through PayPal using F&F, please contact me, and we can work out a different method.

If you send too little, I will refund your payment, and you have 24 hours from when I refunded you to send the correct payment, or your order will be canceled. If I receive too much, I will put the extra amount toward your next payments.

Shipping

Your second payment helps cover the international shipping cost in addition to any fees incurred in getting the items from the seller to me. When the items are shipped, it is hard to say when they will arrive. It can take months; it can take weeks, especially with delays due to Covid-19. Please only join if you are willing to be patient and wait a long time.

Your third payment covers the cost of shipping the items from me to you and the cost of shipping supplies. Once I receive your third payment, I or my friend Lotus will package and ship the items to you via USPS.

Once I've packaged your items and get the rate for it, Pirate Ship will send an email showing you your address. If the address is incorrect, please reply to the email with the correct one. If it's correct, you don't need to do anything.

✦ I’m located in the USA but can ship to other countries

✦ Anyone can join, but I reserve the right to reject your order

✦ Please check the spreadsheet to ensure that the items and payment amount listed are correct and that I have received your payment; it is your responsibility to check and make sure. I have a lot of orders to manage and am not immune to making mistakes.

✦ Please let me know if you need more time to pay, and I can work something out with you; otherwise, your order will be CANCELED if you don’t pay within 24 hours of submitting the form

✦ Please join only if you are 100% committed and willing to wait. I cannot control how long it takes for items to be produced, nor can I control the time it takes for the items to ship and arrive to me

Before you submit a form and join a group order, please make sure that you:

✔ will be committed and are 100% sure about joining.

✔ are at least 18 years old or have permission from your parent or guardian

✔ have read ALL the information pertaining to the group order, the items, and the cost.

✔ provide the social media or email that you check the most! Please provide a way for me to contact you if I need to. Besides general emails updating you and asking for payments, I will only use the preferred method for contacting you. It is your responsibility to check your messages. If you put your Twitter or Discord as your preferred way of contact, please make sure that your DMs are open and that I can actually reach you.

✔ give your legal name and address, which will be used only for shipping. If you use a false name, and the post office won't release your packages to you, it is in no way my fault or responsibility.
