Terms of Service
Article 1 Purpose
These Terms of Service ("Agreement") are intended to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Yorm Studios (hereinafter "Company") and users (hereinafter "Members") regarding the use of the Company's games and related services ("Services").
Article 2 Definitions
The key terms used in this Agreement are defined as follows:
Member: A person who agrees to this Agreement and uses the Services provided by the Company.
Temporary Member: A person who provides limited information and uses only part of the Services.
Account Information: Information provided by the Member (such as email, nickname, etc.) and usage information within the game (such as characters, items, payment history, etc.).
Content: All digital assets provided by the Company, including games, items, and virtual currency.
Device: Any device capable of accessing the Services, including PC, mobile, and tablet.
Open Market: Online marketplaces where content can be installed and purchased, such as Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Article 3 Company Information
The Company provides the following information within the Services or through linked screens:
Company name and representative
Business address
Phone number and email address
Business registration number and e-commerce registration number
Privacy Policy and Terms of Service
Article 4 Effect and Modification of the Agreement
This Agreement takes effect once the Member agrees.
The Company may revise this Agreement within the scope of applicable laws.
In case of revision, the Company shall notify the effective date and details at least 7 days in advance; 30 days in advance for significant or disadvantageous changes.
If a Member does not agree to the revised Agreement, they may terminate the Service contract.
Article 5 Provision and Modification of Services
The Company provides the following Services:
Digital games and related content
Community, customer support, and other supplementary services
The Company may add, modify, or delete content to improve service quality.
In the case of paid service changes, prior notice is given, and significant changes require Member consent.
Article 6 Suspension of Services
The Company may suspend Services under the following circumstances:
Maintenance, inspection, or unavoidable replacement of facilities
Power outages, network instability, or technical issues
Force majeure, such as natural disasters or emergencies
The Company will notify Members in advance, or afterwards in urgent situations.
Article 7 Obligations of Members
Members must not engage in the following:
Providing false information
Stealing another person’s account
Using bugs or unauthorized programs
Infringing on third-party rights (e.g., copyrights)
Engaging in commercial activities unrelated to the Service
Engaging in actions contrary to public order or morals
Article 8 Payment and Refunds
Payments for paid content follow the policies of the respective open markets.
Members may request cancellations or refunds in accordance with applicable laws.
Non-refundable content (e.g., consumables or instantly usable items) will be disclosed at purchase.
Refund methods and procedures follow the Company’s refund policy and relevant laws.
Article 9 Protection of Minors
The Company complies with applicable laws, including the Youth Protection Act, to ensure safe use of Services by minors.
Article 10 Protection of Personal Information
The Company complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws to protect Members’ personal data.
The Company does not provide personal information to third parties without Member consent.
Article 11 Termination and Restrictions
Members may terminate their Service usage at any time, and the Company will process it immediately.
The Company may issue warnings, suspend use, or terminate contracts if a Member violates this Agreement or disrupts Service operations.
Article 12 Liability and Disclaimer
The Company shall not be liable for damages unless caused by its willful misconduct or gross negligence.
The Company is not responsible for damages caused by force majeure, Members’ own fault, or illegal actions of third parties.
Article 13 Dispute Resolution
Disputes between the Company and Members will be resolved through mutual consultation.
If unresolved, disputes will be governed by applicable laws and the competent court of jurisdiction.
Supplementary Provisions
This Agreement may be amended in accordance with relevant laws and Company policies. Changes will be announced via the app or the official website.
Effective Date: September 21, 2025
