Their Golden Years Destroyed:
Two local Seniors *SLAPPED by Yolo County Officials over 10 year of punishment
Evidence of Cover-up & Corruption in California offices and California Federal Courts
In the heart of Yolo County, Ca where Mr. Robbie D. White (63yo) resided, and extending tentacles into the neighboring Sacramento County, where Mrs. Cynthia A. Fleming (77 yo) has faced years of surveillance and continued electronic harassment, a story of resilience, community service, and an arduous battle against systemic corruption unfolds.
While,Mrs Fleming's contributions, from preventing fraud & abuse in her professional capacity to her volunteer work with Kiwanis and the Daughters of the American Revolution, underscores her commitment to community and integrity.
This narrative isn't just a legal saga; it's a deeply personal story resonating with the collective conscience of a community long aware of the shadows cast by two corrupt Yolo officials seeking to expand their power at the expense of the vulnerable.
Feb 2024 - Ms. FLEMING wrote Governor Newsom seven times, but he refused to answer her pleas for help and safety.
Please read this PLEADING letter MS. Fleming wrote Governor Newsom. "Please, read my EMERGENCY letter to the governor that wasn't even acknowledged, even though I sent it certified." March 2024. Cynthia A. Fleming
Robbie D. White
Robbie D. White, a Cold War veteran and medically retired California State Corrections Officer, has long been recognized for his service to the West Sacramento community. Alongside Mrs. Cynthia Fleming—a former employee of both Yolo and Sacramento Counties and a committed community volunteer—the two now find themselves at the center of a troubling legal and civic issue. Mr. White’s record includes years of volunteerism with Meals on Wheels, active roles in the Rotary Clubs of West Sacramento and Fair Oaks, involvement with the Davis Oddfellows, and consistent advocacy for senior citizens through AARP.
Both individuals have raised concerns about a pattern of actions by local officials that they believe reflect a misuse of public authority. Their experiences raise pressing questions: Should government officials—especially those with long-standing local ties and immunity from civil liability—be allowed to act without effective oversight? When partnerships among agencies and colleagues span decades, how can the public be assured that personal interests do not quietly override legal standards?
What mechanisms are currently in place to supervise those who have grown beyond local accountability? Who ensures that judicial and executive discretion is exercised within the limits of law and ethics? And when individuals claim they’ve been persistently targeted or denied fair access to justice, what recourse exists outside of the very systems they question?
Mr. White and Mrs. Fleming, both senior citizens, now call for impartial review. Given the seriousness of their claims, is this not a moment to consider whether a federal grand jury investigation is needed to restore public trust and ensure that no one—regardless of status—is above the law?
"If these injustices can be perpetrated against these two individuals, one must contemplate the potential repercussions should anyone dare to submit a service complaint or voice a dissenting opinion during a City Council meeting. The implications are indeed very troubling."
Evidence has been offered to the FBI, the state Attorney General's office since VP Kamala Harris, and three judges in the Eastern District Court of California. Their response has been less than what the taxpayer would expect.
What can only be described as a coordinated effort to discredit, punish & intimidate a medically retired State peace officer, Navy veteran & Local Rotarian and Odd Fellow
In August 2022, a uniformed U.S. sailor protested at the CAG office for four hours daily, Monday through Thursday, following a distressing FBI encounter that left Ms. Fleming in tears.
