Project: Role of nanoparticles and additives in large-scale carbon capture and sequestration.

1. Flow analysis through micrometer/millimeter-sized system using image processing and high-speed imaging (Phantom VEO 640L).

2. Synthesis of fine chemicals and nanomaterials using microdomains and external fields.

3. 50-200 % improvement in mass transfer and kinetics and 200% decrease in pressure drop has been reported using nanomaterials in macrodomain as compared to microdomain.

4. Use of coiled flow inverters and coiled flow reversers, microreactors for production of biofuels, organic substances, pharmaceuticals, & fine chemicals.

Ammonia Department                                     

1. Taking Independent Charge of various units of Ammonia plant & Supervise & maintain different process parameters in these units for smooth operation, Actively participate in safety audits, Mock drills Shutdown & startup operations & work for all safety & process issues.

2. Active learner and start taking independent charge of three units within one year. Actively participate in several in-house training related to production planning, equipment designing, PFD and P & IDs and safety procedures.
