Received recognition of Excellence in leadership and among three worldwide in the promotion of Mentoring by the American Chemical Society, and my name and biography got featured in C&EN magazine.
Received Saxon mobility fellowship worth 1978 euros (195000 INR) for the sustainability workshop and summer school at TU Dresden, Germany.
Received the Research Excellence award for outstanding research contribution during PhD from the Dean of Research, Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
Received prestigious Prime Minister's Research Fellowship for doctoral studies on the challenging topic of developing Indigenous technology for efficient and sustainable Carbon Capture and Sequestration to decarbonize carbon-intensive industrial clusters.
Received best paper award at the International Chemical Engineering Conference on Energy, Environment, and Sustainability (ICECEES 2024) organized by the Department of Chemical Engineering, IIT Roorkee, on the theme of Sustainable and Renewable Energy for our work on large-scale CO2 sequestration in a subsea environment.
Secured second prize (INR 50000) in the HPCL ideation award organized by the 10 billion US$ public conglomerate Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd at HPCL Green Research & Development Center, Bangalore.
Received Best Oral Presentation Award for his paper titled “Nano-enhanced Formulations for Optimal Carbon Capture and Storage: A Cutting Edge Approach towards Environmental Sustainability" in the domain of “sustainable processes” at the International Conference on Recent Trends in Transport Processes (RTTP-2024) in the National Institute of Technology, Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh.
Received Best Oral Presentation Award for his paper titled “Ocean carbon sequestration: Navigating the path to net zero" in the domain of “green energy” at the All India Research Scholar symposium (AIRS-2024) in IIT Madras.
My research work has been featured in several national newspapers, including Times of India, New Indian Express, Deccan Herald, Assam Tribune, DTnext, Climate Samurai, Ahmedabad Mirror, and carboncredit.com.
My four works depicting carbon capture and sequestration schemes have been featured as a journal cover page published in ACS Energy & Fuels.
