Everything in the Cosmos, great and small, lives in the Self

Our theme is from the Mundaka Upanishad (2.2) . It is an environmental theme, looking to yogic principlea like ahimsa (non-harming), bramacharya (moderation), aparigraha (non-covetesnous), santosha (contentment) which followed by individuals help to safeguard the planet, with hopes for " a future that can provide for every person's needs while safeguarding the living world on which we all depend*.

Linskill Centre

Here's a plan of the Linskill Centre showing our rooms outlined in blue. Trevelyan Hall is where the Marketplace will be situated and food will be served. There are plenty of places to sit and relax including two gardens. You will see where the sessions you have chosen are being taught under the information about the teacher.
