Wednesdays 6.30pm-7.30pm - ONLINE Vinyasa yoga for all

All classes are being held online on Zoom until further notice. They are offered as four week blocks for €40 or on a drop in basis for €12 per class.
When we are back in person we will be in Carrickmacross, County Monaghan.

Vinyasa yoga:
Vinyasa flow classes are energetic and dynamic. You will be led through a sequence of poses with an emphasis on breath, flow, and correct alignment of the body. Breath is used to guide the movement and to find ease in the poses. The sequence changes from week to week bringing different emphasis on different aspects of the body, but the structure is generally the same: opening with mindful breathing, warm-up, standing postures, seated postures, working the back muscles, and closing with hard-earned relaxation.
If you have previous experience or none at all, the poses can all be adapted to your needs and be made more (or less!) challenging as you go on. Demonstrations will be provided and we will keep pace with one another.
Pregnancy yoga:
Pregnancy Yoga is a fantastic way to prepare your body and mind for birth and motherhood. Classes run for 1 hour and you will be guided through some relaxation, some gentle stretches and exercises, and learn some useful breathing techniques and movements for childbirth. You will also get some valuable time out for you and some deep relaxation as you prepare for your new arrival. All poses will be adapted to support your fitness and tiredness level on the night.
These classes are suitable for complete beginners from 12 weeks pregnant.
Gentle yoga flow:
Gentle yoga flow classes are suitable for all levels of experience. A slower pace of practice where you will be guided and supported through a range of poses to aid ease and relaxation on and off the mat. Ideal for beginners or those looking for a gentler experience, each class will include breath work and end with deep relaxation.
Mum & Baby Yoga:
Mum & Baby yoga is a combination of yoga stretches and breathing exercises for Mum and some games, fun and movements for your baby. Classes include safe exercise to build core and abdominal strength after pregnancy and birth and an opportunity to meet other mum's and share experiences (online for now!). We will do some lovely stretches and massage for baby that promote cognitive development and some fun and rhymes to include your baby in the practice.
Classes are suitable for mothers from 6 weeks post-partum even if you have no previous yoga experience. And for babies from 6 weeks until they start crawling at speed :)
