Current Position

Research Interests

Our research interests focus on the electrophysiological mechanisms and therapeutic effects of neuromodulation, including tDCS, VNS, and responsive neurostimulation. We have been devoted to investigating the electrophysiological underpinnings of how neuromodulation affects the neurophysiology in the brain. Through understanding the neurophysiology, we can tune the stimulation in a precise manner to treat neurological disorders with aberrant excitability such as seizures and epilepsy.
