Board Positions

At the end of every term, members elect our board for the next year. There are six positions on board:

Godol - Keeping the chapter in order, the Godol is the president of the chapter and our representative. (Eli and Cam Gordon)

S'gan - In charge of programming, the S'gan works with other board members and the chapter to organize events during the school year. (Bryan Schecter)

Moreh - In charge of recruitment and retention, the Moreh reaches out to Jewish teens to try and get them to join our chapter. He is also in charge of trying to keep them active. (Ethan Rabbino)

Mazkir - In charge of communication, the Mazkir is the secretary, sending weekly emails, posting on social media, and letting the chapter know what's going on. He also reaches out to potential members through social media and websites. (Lior Cohen)

Shaliach - In charge of Judaic programming and the chapter's StandUp cause, the Shaliach plans events geared towards learning about Israel and/or Jewish values. He also chooses our StandUp cause and makes it possible for us to help out through acts of community service and social justice. (Jesse Ufberg)

Gizbor - In charge of the influx and withdrawal of the chapter's money, the Gizbor runs fundraisers and manages how much money the chapter spends on programming. (Jake Bowman)
