The Griffith Observatory is a hotspot for filming many famous movies and tv shows.
Several major scences from Rebel Without a Cause (1955), starring James Dean and Natalie Wood, were shot at the observatory. [5]
A more recent movie filmed at the observatory was La La Land (2016) starring Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone.[5]
La La Land used many parts of the observatory for filimg such as the exhibiton space.
