My name is Ying Xing, and I am an Assistant Professor of Finance in the Saunders School of Business at Rochester Institute of Technology. I received my Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Connecticut, a Master of Science in Management from the University of Florida, a B.S. in Computer Science, and a B.A. in English from Dalian Jiaotong University.
My research explores how product market competition and capital markets shape corporate decision-making. Specifically, I examine the interplay between product market competition, corporate governance, and political investment.
