Seesaw: https://web.seesaw.me/ This is an easy set-up one for elementary! Students can take pictures and upload them to make their own videos by recording voice notes. More, it is the same as Flipgrid, students are able to leave feedback to their classmates' works as well as the instructor.
EdPuzzle: https://edpuzzle.com/ EdPuzzle have extended to let you upload more free videos during this period of time while school closing. Once you find a video on YouTube, you can add: questions to check for comprehension, voice notes, or regular notes
