From the airport to your hotel/hostel:

Arriving on Thursday August 30 (before midnight between Thursday and Friday):

There will be Interspeech volunteers (most likely wearing blue Interspeech t-shirts) present at arrivals in Hyderabad. Please approach them and they will guide you to the taxi pickup point. Interspeech has a collaboration with “SkyCabs” taxi service provider. From the exit door, there are direction signs to reach the pickup point of SkyCabs.

SkyCabs (www.skycabs.in) is one of the two “Government and Airport Authorised Taxi” Service for Hyderabad Airport. SkyCabs taxis has been delivering safe, prompt, comfortable and stress-free commutes from RGI Airport to various hotels in Hyderabad. The vehicles have a capacity of carrying 4 passengers at a time (including their luggage).

Arriving Friday August 31 (midnight between Thursday and Friday):

Starting on Friday night midnight, there will be an “Interspeech-2018 Help Desk” counter next to the Lost and Found desk, just before the exit door, at arrivals at Hyderabad airport. Four Interspeech volunteers (most likely wearing blue Interspeech t-shirts) will operate the desk.

The Interspeech volunteers at the help desk will guide you to the taxi pickup point. Interspeech has a collaboration with “SkyCabs” taxi service provider. From the exit door, there are direction signs to reach the pickup point of SkyCabs.
