Complete the form below and send cash or check into school in an envelope marked "PTA MUM SALE". ALL MUM ORDERS MUST BE IN BY FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 30, 2022. All checks must be received by Monday, October 3, 2022. Checks should be made out to Yardville Elementary School PTA.
