YERAC participation is principally from RadioNET members and related institutions. Once these organisations have had the opportunity to nominate one or two students per institute, registration is broadened to anyone wishing to participate.

Filling in the form is not a guarantee of participation and the organisers will be in touch in May to inform delegates of their selection. In the case that we are oversubscribed (at a 40 person maximum capacity) we we will aim to ensure gender balance amongst participants and that the diversity of fields within radio astronomy are represented, as well as a range of geographies, institutes and countries.
