The Forgotten Memories
A collage of almosts and not-quites, this work weaves torn images, faded notes, and translucent candy wrappers into a quiet echo of what once was. Memory here is brittle but persistent, like a whisper that refuses to disappear.
The louvered window stands as a threshold, part barrier, part invitation. When closed, it conceals what aches too deeply to face. When light seeps through, it fractures into shadows, tracing the contours of what was lost and what remains.
These fragments do not aim to restore the past. Instead, they linger in its absence, forming the outline of a self that is always slipping away. A portrait not of presence but of what memory can never fully hold.
